Buggy Beat with Willing Spirit Exercise
Outdoor small group training where baby comes along with you (in or out of the pushchair). Sessions are taken in my private outdoor enclosed space and includes warm up, cardio training, strength and flexibility. It’s the perfect way to exercise in a group having fun, with your little one close by.
Sessions are totally inclusive, not just for mums but dads, grandparents, guardians, brothers and sisters everyone who cares for a little one is welcome to join in as are adults without children.
What is Buggy Beat?
Buggy beat is the brainchild of Rachel Holmes, an International Fitness Educator, who after having her son wanted to join an outdoor cross training class, to keep fit, and meet other parents without the hassle of expensive childcare.
“Getting outside with the buggy in a group is so much fun and when you have a motivating Instructor it’s a class that you look forward to every week” says Rachel “There is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong outfit and we go out in all weathers – we just wrap up and go for it!”
The link between regular exercise and positive mental health, increased productivity and efficiency is an amazing benefit, plus modelling to your little one how important regular exercise is is what makes Buggy Beat a win-win.

How to Book?
These small Group Training sessions are open for all Adults with or without children.
Pre-booking is essential and can even be on the morning of the session, just go to the Gymcatch site, search Willing Spirit Exercise, and you will be able to reserve and pay. (If you require any help with this please contact me.) Please note, there is an online form to complete before your first session which will be emailed to you.
