Based in Bracknell, Willing Spirit Exercise has been providing exercise classes since 2015 to clients who want to live a healthy lifestyle. NEW for 2020 is POUND, full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training
with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Jo’s Willing Spirit Online Exercise
Exclusive Facebook Group providing Online Fitness Classes. For only £20 per month members get access to 21 sessions a week with a mix of Facebook Live, pre-recorded and the occasionally Zoom session. With a varied mix of classes including HIIT, Fitness Pilates, Circuits and much more, you can do the classes at the time posted in the group or at a time that suits your own schedule, you can choose.

Outdoor Exercise Classes and Group Training Sessions
All sessions and classes are 30 minutes long, suitable for all abilities with adaptions given and are held at North Lake, South Hill Park, Bracknell.

Jo is fab! She listens to what you want and need to work towards your goals. Jo does not judge you if you are having a bad gym / food week but gives you gentle encouragement to get you back on the right track. If I could have Jo everyday I would! Could not recommend her highly enough

Class Times

Mondays 6.00 pm – Group Training. Sessions vary but include POUND, Fitness Pilates, Body-weight Circuits and more.

Wednesdays 7.15 pm – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Thursdays and Fridays 6.30 am – Bootcamp

Each separate group is £25 for 5 sessions over 5 weeks.
Please note if you miss a week this session will be lost, however if you know you have a holiday booked please let me know in advance.

All sessions/ groups must be pre-booked and paid in advance
This is to ensure they are Covid-19 secure, compliant with government guidelines and social distancing can be maintained.

Online Classes

POUND via Zoom
At present 30 minute POUND classes are being offered via Zoom on Mondays at 7.00 pm and Thursdays at 7.15 pm. Pay as you go £4 or 10 sessions for £35. Once payment has been received you will be sent a link to the session.
Don’t have Ripstiks, no worries you can use drumsticks, wooden spoons, chopsticks, cooking utensils or for those who POUND regular Ripstik hire is available at an additional charge.

Due to COVID-19 all classes held in halls have been suspended, unfortunately at present we are unable to confirm when these will recommence.

PLEASE NOTE You will be required to complete a “fit to exercise questionnaire” before your first class so please arrive 5 minutes early.
