Based in Bracknell, Willing Spirit Exercise has been providing exercise classes since 2015 to clients who want to live a healthy lifestyle.
Outdoor Exercise Classes and Group Training Sessions
All sessions and classes are 30 minutes long, suitable for all abilities with adaptions given and are held at North Lake, South Hill Park, Bracknell or my private outdoor space with small studio.
Indoor Exercise Classes and Group Training Sessions
There are a range of indoor classes available in Wokingham and Bracknell. These include HIIT, POUND, Fitness Pilates and Keep Moving for more information please contact us. These classes are subject to change in line with the current Covid-19 Government Guidelines.
Pound Exercise Classes and Group Training Sessions
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. In these classes there are no mistakes, just drum solos! These classes are offered in a local hall in Bracknell, POUND in the park at South Hill Park and on Zoom.
Jo’s Willing Spirit Online Exercise
Exclusive Facebook Group providing Online Fitness Classes. For only £20 per month members get access to a mix of Facebook Lives and an extensive library of pre-recorded sessions and the occasional Zoom session. With a varied mix of classes including HIIT, Fitness Pilates, Circuits and much more. You can do the classes at a time that suits your own schedule, you can choose.
Mondays 6.00 pm – Circuits with or without equipment.
Mondays 6.30 pm – POUND in the Park
Wednesdays 7.15 pm – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Fridays 6.30 am – Bootcamp
Saturdays 9.10 am – NEW Weekend Workout at my private outdoor space (address provided when booking)
All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners.
Each separate group is £25 for 5 sessions over 5 weeks.
Please note if you miss a week this session will be lost, however if you know you have a holiday booked please let me know in advance.

Thursdays at St Paul’s Church Hall, Bracknell.
HIIT: 6.25 pm – 6.50 pm £4 pay as you go or 5 sessions for £15 (Ts & Cs apply)
POUND: 6.50 pm – 7.20 pm £6 pay as you go or 5 sessions for £25 (Ts & Cs apply)
Fitness Pilates: 7.30 pm – 8 pm £6 pay as you go or 5 sessions for £25 (Ts & Cs apply)
Wednesdays at The Cornerstone, Wokingham, RG40 1UE
Fitness Pilates: 1.15 pm – 1.55 pm £5 pay as you go
Keep Moving: 2.00 pm – 2.40 pm £5 pay as you go

Pay as you go £5 or 5 sessions for £25. Once payment has been received you will be sent a link to the session. Don’t have Ripstiks, no worries you can use drumsticks, wooden spoons, chopsticks, cooking utensils or for those who POUND regular Ripstik hire is available at an additional charge.
To do these classes face to face you can join me in the park on Mondays at 6.35 pm or in St Paul’s Church Hall Thursdays.
